HOW CAN I HELP?
Whether you are a past supporter, or you live in Montana, Texas, New York, California, or anywhere in between, you can help us make 2010 a success in any of the following ways.
1. Pre-register: Riders that pre-register help us immensely, and save us a lot of time.  If it is at all possible for you to pre-register please do and Thank You.

2. Cash Donation: Can't make it to McLeod, but would still like to contribute?  We have, in the past, been contacted by people in other parts of the country that can not possibly attend our event, but still would like to make a donation.  You can now do so by filling out the form and following the mailing instructions.

3. Silent Auction Item: As above, you may also donate an item to our Silent Auction.  Our silent auction is a very successful part of our fundraising effort and is growing every year.  Whether you are a Country Star sending us an autographed memorabilia item, A saddle maker sending us a saddle, or a homemaker from  Florida sending us an electric can opener, your donation is greatly appreciated

4: Cowboy Up Pin: You can now show your support by ordering our 2010 "Cowboy Up" hat/lapel pin for $5.50 (the $0.50 is for postage) and while supply lasts you may order our 2008 or 2009 pins

5. Memorial Plaque: Have your loved ones name engraved on our "Cowboy Up" Memorial Plaque, for a $10.00 donation

6. Corporate Sponsor: Our Corporate Sponsors are a large part of our success, and are greatly needed.  Please look over our Sponsor Pack and consider us for your annual charity contribution. The Cowboy Up Committee is made up of 100% non-paid volunteers, so your entire contribution is applied to our fundraising total.

7. Get the Word Out: Tell your friends and relatives, no matter what part of the world they live in, about us and encourage them to visit our website to see what are all about.  Ask your employer to consider our Corporate  Sponsor options.  If you are part of a publication, Newspaper, Magazine, etc, consider running PSA's or ads for us.  Click the Media Contact below

8. Laptop Computer: We are in need of a  laptop to store ride info etc. so if you are upgrading your laptop and have  a fairly decent used one you would like to donate to Cowboy Up, Please send us some info on the computer.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
What Else Do I Need To Know?

  • Water will be available for horses, bring your own hay.  The ride is not in the National Grasslands, so certified hay is not needed
     

  • NO dogs are allowed on ride.
     

  • Primitive camping is available in McLeod, at no charge, on a first come basis.

  • Riders who pre-register help our workload enormously and we encourage you to pre-register.
